Psalms 109:21

But do thou for me, O GOD the Lord, for thy name's sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me.

  9. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
  10. But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.
  11. These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
  12. And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
