Psalms 7:6

Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.

  10. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
  11. As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.
  12. Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary.
  13. Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still, When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.
  14. Then the LORD awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.
  15. O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself. Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
  16. The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
  17. The LORD standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people.
  18. Now therefore, O LORD our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the LORD, even thou only.
  19. Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
