Psalms 132:14

This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it.

  11. Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
  12. For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelleth in Zion.
  13. The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
  14. And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.
  15. In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
  16. But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
  17. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
