Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble.

  8. Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.
  9. Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
  10. LORD, when thy hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy at the people; yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them.
  11. Now will I rise, saith the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself.
