Psalms 10:11

He hath said in his heart, God hath forgotten: he hideth his face; he will never see it.

  7. They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
  8. Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
  9. But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
  10. Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner.
