Job 33:13

Why dost thou strive against him? for he giveth not account of any of his matters.

  9. Can thine heart endure, or can thine hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken it, and will do it.
  10. And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
  11. Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?
  12. And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
  13. But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.
  14. And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
  15. For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?
  16. Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
