Titus 3:13

Bring Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey diligently, that nothing be wanting unto them.

  1. And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.
  2. Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
  3. But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.
  4. And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
  5. Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying thou reproachest us also.
  6. Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.
  7. And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?
  8. And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down on the shore, and prayed.
  9. Who also honoured us with many honours; and when we departed, they laded us with such things as were necessary.
  10. Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company.
  11. Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren.
  12. Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do well: Because that for his name's sake they went forth, taking nothing of the Gentiles. We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellowhelpers to the truth.
