Romans 7:15

For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.

  10. Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.
  11. Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
  12. I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.
  13. Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.
  14. Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.
  15. The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
  16. A righteous man hateth lying: but a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame.
  17. For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.
  18. Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.
  19. The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
  20. Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.
  21. If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
  22. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
  23. Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
  24. Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.
  25. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
  26. Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
  27. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
  28. For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
  29. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
  30. And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
