Romans 4:13

For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

  8. Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: all nations shall serve him.
  9. That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
