Cross References

  1. And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
  2. Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
  3. That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
  4. For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.
  5. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
  6. According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not. For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.
  7. Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
