Revelation 21:1

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

  7. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
  8. And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
  9. In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.
  10. But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
