Psalms 89:2

For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.

  6. Nevertheless for thy great mercies' sake thou didst not utterly consume them, nor forsake them; for thou art a gracious and merciful God.
  7. As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.
  8. And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
  9. It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.
  10. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
  11. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
  12. And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.
  13. To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
  14. That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
