Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:

  1. The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
  2. The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength.
  3. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
  4. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
  5. Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
  6. Hear ye, O mountains, the LORD's controversy, and ye strong foundations of the earth: for the LORD hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel.
  7. He stood, and measured the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting.
