Psalms 59:7

Behold, they belch out with their mouth: swords are in their lips: for who, say they, doth hear?

They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
  10. How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
  11. Yet they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it. Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise? He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
  12. For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue. They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.
  13. The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.
  14. Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.
  15. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
