Psalms 55:2

Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;

  9. I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.
  10. For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping, Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
