Psalms 34:8

O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

  8. Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? the goodness of God endureth continually.
  9. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
  10. O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
  11. As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste.
  12. I am come into my garden, my sister, my spouse: I have gathered my myrrh with my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk my wine with my milk: eat, O friends; drink, yea, drink abundantly, O beloved.
  13. And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the LORD.
  14. For how great is his goodness, and how great is his beauty! corn shall make the young men cheerful, and new wine the maids.
  15. Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
