Psalms 146:4

His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

  8. My breath is corrupt, my days are extinct, the graves are ready for me.
  9. My days are past, my purposes are broken off, even the thoughts of my heart.
  10. The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.
  11. Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
  12. Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of ?
  13. The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD, was taken in their pits, of whom we said, Under his shadow we shall live among the heathen.
  14. But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:
  15. But man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he?
  16. All the while my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;
