If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;

Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.
  24. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
  25. Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
