Psalms 112:7

He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.

  10. Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.
  11. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
  12. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.
  13. But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.
  14. In your patience possess ye your souls.
  15. Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
  16. But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
  17. Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.
  18. Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me.
