Proverbs 12:1

Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish.

  9. He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame: and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot. Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.
  10. Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and he that hateth reproof shall die.
  11. Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.
  12. The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.
  13. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
