Proverbs 1:5

A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:

  7. Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.
  8. Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish.
  9. I speak as to wise men; judge ye what I say.
