And thou shalt bring the Levites before the LORD: and the children of Israel shall put their hands upon the Levites:

  5. Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
  6. Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure.
