Numbers 23:5

And the LORD put a word in Balaam's mouth, and said, Return unto Balak, and thus thou shalt speak.

  8. The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.
  9. A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.
