Matthew 7:28

And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

  11. And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.
  12. And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph's son?
  13. And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.
  14. And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?
