Matthew 10:22

And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

  13. The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
  14. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
  15. I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
  16. For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.
  17. For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
  18. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
  19. And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:
  20. Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

  22. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
  23. And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
