  6. Sigh therefore, thou son of man, with the breaking of thy loins; and with bitterness sigh before their eyes. And it shall be, when they say unto thee, Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt answer, For the tidings; because it cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak as water: behold, it cometh, and shall be brought to pass, saith the Lord GOD.
  7. And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
  8. And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.
  9. And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
  10. And he came and touched the bier: and they that bare him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise.
  11. And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee.
  12. And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,
  13. Jesus wept.
  14. Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.
  15. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.
  16. These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
  17. And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.
  18. But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.
  19. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
