Joshua 7:2

And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Bethaven, on the east side of Bethel, and spake unto them, saying, Go up and view the country. And the men went up and viewed Ai.

  9. The children also of Benjamin from Geba dwelt at Michmash, and Aija, and Bethel, and in their villages,
  10. Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war.
  11. For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety.
  12. Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
