Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.

  11. And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them?
  12. He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.

  14. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
  15. He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.
  16. For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
  17. And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
  18. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
  19. And many more believed because of his own word; And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.
  20. But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:
  21. If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
  22. And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
  23. By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.
  24. And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.
  25. And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.
  26. He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years.
  27. Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.
