John 11:3

Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.

  9. Erastus abode at Corinth: but Trophimus have I left at Miletum sick.
  10. For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
  11. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
  12. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
