Job 38:36

Who hath put wisdom in the inward parts? or who hath given understanding to the heart?

  6. He is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: who hath hardened himself against him, and hath prospered?
  7. For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
  8. For his God doth instruct him to discretion, and doth teach him.
  9. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
  10. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
