Job 18:21

Surely such are the dwellings of the wicked, and this is the place of him that knoweth not God.

  9. Therefore they say unto God, Depart from us; for we desire not the knowledge of thy ways.
  10. For ye say, Where is the house of the prince? and where are the dwelling places of the wicked?
  11. Pour out thy wrath upon the heathen that have not known thee, and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon thy name.
  12. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
  13. They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
