Job 12:4

I am as one mocked of his neighbour, who calleth upon God, and he answereth him: the just upright man is laughed to scorn.

  12. He that walketh in his uprightness feareth the LORD: but he that is perverse in his ways despiseth him.
  13. Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
  14. Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.
  15. And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
  16. And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
  17. And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him.
  18. And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter.
