Job 12:13

With him is wisdom and strength, he hath counsel and understanding.

  6. And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ye are very old; wherefore I was afraid, and durst not shew you mine opinion. I said, Days should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom. But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment.
  7. Who hath put wisdom in the inward parts? or who hath given understanding to the heart?
  8. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
  9. For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.
  10. Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
  11. Who hath directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counsellor hath taught him? With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding?
  12. Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
  13. He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.

  15. For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
