Jeremiah 51:49

As Babylon hath caused the slain of Israel to fall, so at Babylon shall fall the slain of all the earth.

Their Redeemer is strong; the LORD of hosts is his name: he shall throughly plead their cause, that he may give rest to the land, and disquiet the inhabitants of Babylon.
  7. The LORD hath brought forth our righteousness: come, and let us declare in Zion the work of the LORD our God. Make bright the arrows; gather the shields: the LORD hath raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes: for his device is against Babylon, to destroy it; because it is the vengeance of the LORD, the vengeance of his temple.
  8. The violence done to me and to my flesh be upon Babylon, shall the inhabitant of Zion say; and my blood upon the inhabitants of Chaldea, shall Jerusalem say.
  9. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
  10. For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
  11. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
