Isaiah 40:18

To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him?

  9. For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.
  10. There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.
  11. Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him?
  12. Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works. All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name. For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.
  13. For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?
  14. O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?
  15. Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,
  16. Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
  17. Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O LORD; thou art great, and thy name is great in might.
  18. The portion of Jacob is not like them: for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: The LORD of hosts is his name.
