Hebrews 8:1

Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;

  5. But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
  6. Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.
  7. Fair weather cometh out of the north: with God is terrible majesty.
  8. His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him.
  9. Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty. And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.
  10. Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
  11. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
  12. They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the LORD, they shall cry aloud from the sea.
  13. And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.
  14. For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
  15. But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
  16. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
  17. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
