Genesis 47:29

And the time drew nigh that Israel must die: and he called his son Joseph, and said unto him, If now I have found grace in thy sight, put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh, and deal kindly and truly with me; bury me not, I pray thee, in Egypt:

  14. None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:
  15. That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption.
  16. What man is he that liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.
  17. So Jacob went down into Egypt, and died, he, and our fathers, And were carried over into Sychem, and laid in the sepulchre that Abraham bought for a sum of money of the sons of Emmor the father of Sychem.
  18. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
  19. By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.
