Genesis 23:10

And Ephron dwelt among the children of Heth: and Ephron the Hittite answered Abraham in the audience of the children of Heth, even of all that went in at the gate of his city, saying,

  7. And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.
  8. And he entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into his own city.
  9. And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)
