Ezekiel 2:7

And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.

  9. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
