Deuteronomy 33:25

Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be.

  8. But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
  9. There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
  10. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
  11. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
  12. And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
  13. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
  14. Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
