Deuteronomy 26:11

And thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which the LORD thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you.

But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.
  7. Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;
  8. Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
  9. Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
  10. And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
  11. If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?
  12. Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
  13. Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
