  • And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
  • Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
  • Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
  • Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the LORD.
  • Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
  • When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:
  • Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
  • Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
