2 Corinthians 9:8

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

  7. The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.
  8. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
  9. How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.
  10. And not that only, but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord, and declaration of your ready mind:
  11. But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God. But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
  12. And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.
  13. Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also.
  14. Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.
  15. That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
  16. For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
  17. Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.
  18. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
  19. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
  20. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
  21. Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
  22. That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
  23. Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
  24. This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.
  25. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
