But he forsook the counsel which the old men gave him, and took counsel with the young men that were brought up with him, that stood before him.

  6. Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.
  7. As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold, so is a wise reprover upon an obedient ear.
  8. A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left. Yea also, when he that is a fool walketh by the way, his wisdom faileth him, and he saith to every one that he is a fool.
  9. Woe to thee, O land, when thy king is a child, and thy princes eat in the morning!
  10. Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:
