1 Samuel 19:20

And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.

They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and look: for out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.
  9. But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
  10. But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all: And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.
