1 Peter 3:12

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

  8. The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
  9. The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
  10. O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.
  11. It is burned with fire, it is cut down: they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.
  12. The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
  13. The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.
  14. The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.
  15. For I have set my face against this city for evil, and not for good, saith the LORD: it shall be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.
  16. And I will set my face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I set my face against them.
  17. For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.
  18. Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
  19. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
