1 John 2:14

I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

  11. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
  12. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
  13. For the truth's sake, which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever.
  14. For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth.
  15. And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
  16. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
