1 Corinthians 5:6

Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
  6. It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
  7. Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;
  8. Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you. But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.
