1 Corinthians 3:5

Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
  9. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
  10. Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
  11. For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
  12. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
  13. And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
  14. Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
  15. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
  16. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
  17. We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
  18. Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft.
  19. Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
  20. Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
  21. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
