1 Corinthians 10:17

For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

  9. Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
  10. That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
  11. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
  12. For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
  13. From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
  14. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
  15. And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
  16. Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
